…have more than 40 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry. We know the exacting standards that customers expect and we aim to provide a 5-star experience whilst you are our guests of honour.

Having travelled the globe and been fortunate to stay in the World's finest hotels, we have tried to combine the best of Asian hospitality with our own unique style, that is warm and welcoming and to the highest standards of excellence. Simon is a born and bred Brightonian and knows the city like the back of his hand. John was raised in Thailand and Malaysia and his love of the Far East has inspired the stunning furnishings and decor you will experience at Beaches Brighton.

John has previously owned and managed Brighton’s first-ever 5 diamond B&B and now he finds himself drawn once again into the hospitality industry with Beaches Brighton at the heart of it.

A perfect day for us starts with a run along the prom followed by a hearty outdoor breakfast at The Flour Pot Kitchen, walking our 2 beloved West Highland Terriers along Hove Lawns and would end with an unforgettable dinner at ETCH Restaurant by Steven Edwards.
